This is your yearly touch up to freshen brows. Returning clients, please take the following into consideration:

1. If you have had microblading or powder brows done, your brows should be faded by a minimum of 60% before you come back in for a touch up. On average, a touch up is recommended between 12-18months.
2. Everyone's skin and lifestyle is different. If a touch up is needed more regularly, then another option such as powder brows many hold up better in your skin.
3. Microbladed brows are low maintenance, not no maintenance. It is perfectly fine to perfect them with a touch of makeup.
4. Repetitive touch ups will result in your brows looking more like a solid tattoo. If that is your preferred look, then a powder brow is better for you. If your goal is to see a hair stroke look, applying a little makeup until your brows have faded to 60% or more is better for you in the long run.
5. Your skin undergoes trauma with each unnecessary visit.
6. Faded brows allow for fresh and crisp results for your next visit. This way we can keep more of a realistic look each visit.

Saline removal of microblading, permanent makeup and tattoos is a natural way to remove cosmetic and conventional tattoos or to lighten existing pigment. It can lighten and/or remove eyebrow tattoos, lip liner tattoos, migrated eyeliner, small body tattoos, and all pigment colours. It is a slower process than other treatments but the safest of other tattoo removal options. If you have sensitive skin or are allergic to pigment, saline tattoo removal is best for you. The treatment consists of the following steps:

1. The saline tattoo removal solution is applied to the skin. The solution contains lemon seed extract and orange seed extract, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, calendula extract, sterile water, barium sulfate, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate.
2. The lightening/tattoo removal solution creates a scab over the application area that will fall off by itself, as the skin heals naturally. The new skin is revealed after the scab falls off in its own time.
3. During the healing process the unwanted pigment attaches to the scab and effectively pulled up and out by the scab.
4. The healing is a natural process which requires that the scab be kept dry at all times until it falls off naturally.
5. The process can be repeated if necessary to remove any remaining pigment.
6. Full lightening can require 3-5 sessions, possibly more. “Lightening “ pulls out pigment layer by layer, so the more times pigment has been placed in the area, more sessions will be required to pull it all out.
7. Sometimes if “partial lightening" is all that is required, one session may be all it takes. ​

If you've just had bad permanent makeup done, emergency saline tattoo removal can be done within 48 hours and will remove 80% of the pigment in one session. This does not require penetrating the skin and must be done within 48 hours for it to be effective.

Scalp micropigmentation (SMP) is a non-invasive treatment that uses micro-needles to deposit pigment into the scalp. Unlike hair transplants, this is a non-surgical solution to hair loss. The results mimic the appearance of tiny hair follicles that help individuals appear to have a thicker and fuller head of hair. Here are the steps to the SMP treatment:

1. Scalp micropigmentation is usually completed in 2-3 sessions. The SMP artist carefully examines the condition of your hair and creates a treatment plan specifically for you.
2. Everyone's needs are different, and the great thing about scalp micropigmentation is it's highly customisable. The color of your hair is matched to the pigment to achieve a three-dimensional appearance.
3. A light shade is applied during the initial session to cover up thinning areas and the succeeding sessions are where the details and darker shades are applied to complete the treatment.
4. If you want to customise your SMP treatment even further, you can request for a third session and have the artist complete your desired look.
5. After the treatment, you'll experience a bit of redness and slight swelling on the scalp, but should relieve itself within the next few days. From there you want to observe proper aftercare to ensure your treatment looks as best as it can be.

Lip blushing is a semi-permanent tattoo that can enhance the color and shape of your lips and give the impression of more fullness. This is done by depositing color ink into your lips and along your lip line to improve the overall look. The color is subtle to give natural-looking results.
